I have no idea what kind of italian I am I just know my dads mom and grandmother are from italy off the boat and ended up in ny. Kiki I tried making eggplant parm but edwin didn't like it, but the cheese I bought didn't help it was some cheap knock off of the real stuff mazzarella spell check. Faith

You can make fresh in about 30 minutes... Of course you need a microwave with electricity

What right do they have to cut down your trees? I understand the PowerLine thing since that's been going on here too but your trees? And just leaving them there? I'd be calling and freaking out on someone!

Around here, the power company guy get's your permission to cut trees...

For those in the know, what is the best pumpkin for cooking? I picked 6 orange pumpkins. Looks like Kiki went with white. What do you like?

This first pumpkin I am cooking is a Cinderella one...(I got an orangish looking
Cinderella and a white one) I cooked one last year and turned it into the best dang pumpkin pie I ever ate.

Btw..this first one I am cooking...the one pictured above is not white..that is just the glare in the pic..I have awesome picture taking skills!

Oh, it looks beautiful, the flesh is so thick and a lovely color. You will get lots of nice pumpkin out of him!

Usually use the small sweet pie pumpkins, but have used really large pumpkin left over form halloween! Just takes longer to bake.
