Oh, it looks beautiful, the flesh is so thick and a lovely color. You will get lots of nice pumpkin out of him!

It's smells SO good too.
The Mini helped cut it open and he says, "Man this smells like a watermelon."
He is a dork, has no clue.

I am sure he meant what was I going to cook/turn the pumpkin into. LOL

This pumpkin has been baking for 2 hours already...it's not done yet.
I should have cut it up into smaller pieces.

Meanie, it's nice that you have a helper, that pumpkin was really thick. Melon, squash, they are close to the same, aren't they? (sorry but you get the hand on calling the Mini a dork)

I am just baking the pumpkins today and going to puree them then put them up for later use.
