We just got back from grocery shopping take an hour to put it all away saw that I have the library or what was removed save to my computer so I still have them all

I'm cheating..with this masa.

Got the masa stuff out of the fridge to warm up some...
Got the peppers cooking for the seasonings.

I will finally start slaving on tamales today.

Weather is cool enough for a gumbo. Tamales are good too! Leaning towards rice and gravy (with no rice). Baking bread tomorrow for either the gravy or gumbo.

The Cherry Tomatoes are still green and have a zucchini ripening.

Did you try the pumpkin mash? When cooking eggs, I'll dollop a bit of pumpkin mash on the griddle to warm up. Salt and honey to taste. Goes wonderously with scrambled eggs. Balances the jalapenos out. Hot and sweet.

Costs me 13 dollars to make 5 dozen and a little over one hour to "roll" them. If I sold one I'd break even but guess what...Kiki doesn't sell anything. This is a trail run...if they turn out OK I will probably make at least 4 times this amount next week for family and friend.

Btw...The Mini and I went to look for the post office chicken they other day and couldn't find it but we did see two dust bath looking areas.
