Reporter said PR is looking for a long night ahead.

I just looked at the radar in motion on weather dot com....it's moving awfully slow.

Trying to stay calm cool and collected. Been preparing. House is insured but personal prop not. Main concern is livestock. We have raised all of our goats from babies. They are my family members now that our children have grown and left. The pigs are docile but my other 4 legged babies are kinda the main concern.
I can't watch the news, only the weather report part.
God Bless us all.. my fingers are cramping from crossing too hard..
Sun/Monday will be an event to remember.

Praying you succeed in keeping yourselves and your babies dry. On the OEG thread someone described a guy who hung his prize brood stock from the rafters of his barn in some kinda mesh bags until the water went down. Hope it doesn't come to that!

Thanks! Not sure if you mean me since there are a few Peeps from Florida . I think we are out of the woods since we are in the Western Panhandle portion of Florida. However, if it turns later than they think it will, it could be a different story!

I just read something about this too.
The article I read said there is 1700 people that live on that island...I wonder where they all went? To the next island to stay safe?
