Yes, Crazy Lady has a rice cooker since she doesn't understand cast iron. I don't use the dust piece of kitchen equipment since I have cast iron. She has all kinds of DUSTY kitchen gadgets while I have well oiled cast iron.

Did I mention I use cast iron?

Jambalaya has rice and we are low carb/no white rice (racist, I know).

So, if I tell you I like marathons over sprints, does that make me a racist?

mine where 100lb capacity little large for the standard kitchen had 10 for the food company we did cook chicken in them also it can cook the bone soft to grind or beef bone also

I've never tried a bone broth before.
I have priced some bones at the Vietnamese market though...they sell bones cheap.

Oh I know...my mom is over there. But she built her house 8 feet off the ground.
It was the being stuck..not being able to get home for 10 days that might have made us change our mind about building out there.
