DH dared a young child to eat one raw..off the plant..before he could tell the kid he was joking said kid was chewing.
Kid reminds his dad how mean that was on a regular basis.

Oh all the trouble I had to go through to get those (and paid a fortune)... I could have had you send me some.. I'm either going to have to dig out my chili sauce recipe or just make it and write it down again.

When I was a kid I used to eat lunch at a local bar... Her specialty was chili and it was great chili. Problem was, with the range of customers she had, she had to make it mild--but she wanted something that could heat it up fast, without changing the flavor of her chili. She made up a sauce that would take mild to 5 alarm with less than a teaspoon. And it tasted great. I was home on leave, I think from Japan and stopped by in uniform for lunch. Once again I pleaded for her recipe and she finally caved. Been making it every since. BTW first ingredient on the label is your link.

Good Morning you beautiful people!

Might I suggest something a little heavier than a phone next time? Something with lead? Even a crooked stick would work, like a hockey club.

I was able to sleep through crying babies in the same bed until the mean, spiteful crazy lady started shoving elbow into my ribs b/c she got tired of being awakened alone.

Excuse me! I'm going to work in 3 hours & need my beauty sleep! Yes, you are the love of my life & I did help spawn the child, BUT...

Children are a blessing! Sleep deprivation, mental stability & stamina are tested with some! Thankfully, it only lasts 25 years. "WE" are dating & Daddy has "issues"...

Boy, do I get it, we have our first date in a few weeks, (homecoming dance at an all boys school). They are going in a group so I feel a little better. Just hope he is as nice as he seems?

Chocolate needs to be included as a part of the food pyramid and a daily nutritional requirement.

Something in chocolate makes you feel loved. Should be a requirement for everyone, the base of the pyramid. Could replace all antidepressants. Sure Big Pharma would just love that!!!

Boy that thread has heated up since I left it...

Boy, do I get it, we have our first date in a few weeks, (homecoming dance at an all boys school). They are going in a group so I feel a little better. Just hope he is as nice as he seems?

I had a simple rule for Daughter dating... Boy had to meet me and my guns before the date

DH is a chocolate-chip-a-holic. We buy them in bulk from Costco. Even still, I have to keep a secret bag hidden in a gamma bucket under all the dried beans so the kids will have some if they ever need to bake anything. Theres been a few times where he's been out & I felt so bad that I gave him the secret stash.... Made sure he was in the other room tho so he wouldn't know where we keep 'em.

I'm a huge fan of chocolate, but if I HAD to pick between chocolate & salsa. I'd pick the salsa. This is what happens when you spend your whole life living so close to the Mexican boarder.

Come on down I've got 7 or 8 quarts of homemade fire roasted salsa in the pantry from a few weeks ago. Everyone says its too hot for them. I had a lot of fresh peppers

Daughter would be in heaven. Loves anything spicy (really hot).
