I know, I KNOW. But I just figured out how to post a pic and it took me over half an hour!! I am an old woman, I tell you. It takes me time to figure this stuff out (even if I have been on this site for over 2 months). And I still don't know which picture to use as my avatar, much less if I can post it or not.

Better yet...get the Mini Nola...
I bet she could show you how to upload one.

Here it's leftovers and homemade chicken noodle soup with homemade noodles. Last batch of stock is in the canner. Yield's going to be lower this time--but the intensity of the stock is amazing. Was a windy day and couldn't keep the fire lit when on low, so kept it warm on medium. It's now a concentrated stock. Started with 25 gallons of water and got 15 gallons back and with it 2 2/3 quarts of liquid gold (pure chicken fat).
