I probably shouldn't post this then.

OMG....that is just TOOOOOO cute!!!!:love

My gander Zilla lets me pet him;) Although I do have to trade with him - I get to pet him, he gets to chew on my hair. His mother Lacie does the same thing - but she didn't raise him, I did. So apparently it's hereditary :lau

Just because I love my geese and like showing them off:

(That is Lacie eating from my hand; I do not feed ganders like that.)

And that's Zilla in the pool. Zilla is short for Godzilla - my mother named him that because he was raised with Call ducklings. You can imagine the size difference, lol.

They are beautiful! It must be a goose thing since Sunshine loves chewing on my hair too lol

Stop making me want geese. :smack

Scovies are very quiet. They only hiss, even females. Used to have two that came over for food---miss them lots.
I currently only have four ducks - 3 Muscoveys - 1 b/w and 2 all white (and Ralphie (Ralphena). I have had upwards of 58 at once. VERY QUIET - even the drakes.

You know Kiki if that duck just hopped in your car to eat some food that just happened to be making a trail from the outside to your car. ..that isn't stealing. ;)

Hmm. They call it baiting when hunting and kidnapping when done with kids. Why? Because it is too easy. They made it all illegal because it works!

O great....all I need if for you crazies to convince dummy me to steal a duck!

But Mommy! He followed me home! Can we keep him! <puppy dog eyes>

I had to feed him 2 whole bags, but really, he did follow me home. He loves me!

She doth protest too much! I'm guessing she's already has a nest and a duck in the guest bath tub. LOL

That's all nice and well. How do they get along with dogs? You know, Labrador Retrievers? Chihuahuas?

Crazy Lady wants to introduce the Chihuahua to the chickens. I replied as long you let the chickens finish eating him before you get upset. Anyone want a spoiled Chihuahua?

I have never had a problem with dogs, cats, or anything else vs the Muscovys. Years ago when I had chickens, turkeys and geese - I had been known to disposing of dogs that didn't play well.

My brother had NINE - 9 - NINE spoiled Chihuahuas and one sister has 3.

I can't be distracted by adorable little honkers I'm still trying to convince hubby letting me have a turkey is a good idea. I could alwiays get both raise them together have teese or gurkeys...genius pure genius.

Turkeys are always a fantastic idea!
