Well, my runt holland is in the hospital shelter. As I feared, the bigger kids have been pushing her out of the feed dish. Found her this morning on her side, with toes of her right leg curled up. No apparent damage and light as a feather (no pun intended). She's had some salmon, some grass, nutri-drench as well as her regular grower... Now she's walking around the hospital shelter complaining that she wants to go home. Going to keep her there until she get's big enough to hold her own with the others.

We have octoberfest here and there is always someone dressed as a giant chicken. When our daughter was young like 5, she was in love with the chicken, she would follow him everywhere and hug him repeatedly until we had to stop her. We use to tease that the chicken was her first boyfriend!
