My dogs love pumpkin...but they really really love sweet potatoes more.
Or maybe it's me...I prefer to feed them sweet potatoes over pumpkin.

it is not bad for them to have either but the pumpkin can keep the weight in balance in older dogs also but would need to be fed as a complete meal no other food with it right then based on a two meal day

I might have taken my Christmas tree down out of the attic just now.
Don't judge me, yes we do fake trees down here.
I am too cheap to buy a real $100 Christmas tree each year and I am not a fan of cleaning up after it.

It's not Thanksgiving yet!?! Don't talk Christmas until AFTER Thanksgiving. It is a rule. If I make it past Thanksgiving...

Thanks for the effort Kiki! Don't worry...he's not going to see them. He's to wound up now trying to get the car in order (yes there is a race car in the garage). Of course he takes up the whole garage (double) with his car sh** and my car/SUV are on the side where it's parked...so I have to move them. It's a big argument right now because I'm not putting my cars in the street for his convenience...and both of our neighbors have guests over (football today?) and are taking up the spaces in the cul-de-sac.
I will have peace again in a few hours....until the chili cook off...then we'll see what drama unfolds.

The whole Christmas decorations up after Halloween vs. Thanksgiving issue actually made it to our local radio station Friday. The radio host was offended her neighbors had their Christmas lights up on Nov 1. It turned into a big call in show on who does what. Consensus is after Thanksgiving though....

the way the world is today I am not surprised we have folks here putting Christmas lights up now ... someone needs to fire the hate mongers stirring the shit buckets but fact is many want the drama they like it JMHO
