Had to go back 653 posts, but dangnabit! I found it!!!

I do this dish but with peach salsa. It's spicy and sweet and really brings out the flavor in the pork!

Back out west at Safeway (Oh how I miss Safeway), they have a ton of their own brands that are actually really good. Safeway's peach salsa is awesome! and I could see putting that on pork! I used to use it with chicken and cheddar cheese.

I have two of those two!
Then they raid my pantRy...:he

I remember when DD was in college. Wednesday night I always had a crowd for dinner... Finally figured it out. Their meal cards got re-filled on Thursday mornings. They would buy all kinds of junk on Tuesday and then head to our house on Wednesday. So Wednesday was laundry and free dinner day.

Well, they learned SOMETHING in college.

Daughter asked if cared where she went to school. I told her, "whoever is giving you the most money and has a degree you want." She got a scholarship. Several of her friends are lamenting the cost of tuition.

Daughter's older sister is on the loan program. Not as many scholarships for English or Biology majors as Engineering. I wonder why...

We keep discussing economic laws. Supply and demand type stuff. Seems industry is more willing to invest in the future.

Good Morning @KikisGirls ! Are you out of bed yet? It's pretty cold today. Drastic change to the 80°F weather from yesterday. Keep your socks on.
