Hurt Chicken Leg

Hi, my 19 week old BR hen has been limping on and off for the last week. She is not laying legs yet. We think it might be a sprain or a twist. How long does it take them to recover from a sprain or twist? We tried to wrap it up but she keeped pecking at the wrap so we took it off. She has been sitting on the roost at night so I don't think it is an infection. She is eating , drinking, pooping, and acting normal minus the limping. Also, her face has been pale on and off. It has been hot here, but can a chickens face get pale from and injury? Also let me know if there is any pain medicine we can give her.
