Dilute it down so it is weak, and then yes. Follow that up with the same treatment except using clean water.

Pics in first post. The wound has not been cleaned. Some sort of livestock ointment was applied. It happened yesterday.

Walmart is closed so OP is going to clean with soapy water this eve and plans on going to store tomorrow for supplies.
