There is also a variety of silkies called "Showgirls," the name refers to both genders.
They resulted from a breeding of turken(naked Neck) x silkie. Some offspring look like regular silkies, others have naked necks or a bow tie of feathers, at mid point of neck.

I believe from that one cross you can continue to have both even if you breed one of the resultant silkies to another silkie.
