I candle it yesterday before lockdown everyone was good moving very little bc they have no room I was outside with my other chickens for two hours came back to that

Because I am 30 minutes from the end of day 18 (17 for those of you who count day 0)

It sounds to me like your chicken was rather large somehow, and expanded large enough to tear the air sack and crack the egg. I have no idea how this could happen, its just a theory, but hopefully a pro can elaborate more!
 
Also, without the ability to pressurize it will not pop. I'd say leave it in overnight. Unless you think it could harm your other baby, i would not open the incubator again. (If you do think there's harm you should open before pip)

wow thank you so much, the rooster is half silkie half I have no idea so maybe the chick could be bigger we’ll see

Ive never heard of this but a quick google seems to match your "i have no idea" breed, but again, shooting in the dark. Fingers crossed things go well, but if you lost one, i definitely hope the second makes it!
I'll be glued to my bator on Friday, but definitely post pictures when the fun starts!
