I’m new at this

Today I took my chick outside like I always do when I get home from work. Usually she tries to fly and runs around all over the place. Today however she just keeps sitting. It doesn’t seem like she is in pain or anything. Is this normal behavior? She’s almost 5 weeks old now.

She may just be enjoying the fresh air and sunlight. Can you post some pictures of her just laying around?

She lays down and leans to one side. It looks funny, but like I said she doesn’t seem to be in any pain

She is sunbathing. It’s totally normal chicken behavior

My Buffs are sort of lazy and sit around quite a bit, so I wouldn't consider that out of the ordinary. I don't get concerned unless they don't jump up and make a beeline for me when I bring food.
