I didn’t check on my hens today as it was raining all day so I checked in the afternoon and my hen had blood like right by her ear so I got her and cleaned it. I also kept her separate but it’s a little whole in her ear what can I do to help her recover any recommendations???!!! she seams dizzy she leans her hair to the other side

Pics will def help. Are you sure it's a hole and not her ear? Maybe her ear was exposed by being wounded or pecked. Pure speculation without pics, tho.

Yes it looks like they pecked right at her ear I will post a picture tomorrow thank everyone for responding

I have 2 bantam 1 hen and 2 rooster also the one that got pecked is a buff Orpington hen and I have another hen not sure what she is she’s white and black

How old are your chickens? You said it was raining, were they locked in a coop, or do they have a covered run?
How much space do they have?
