I’m really desperate, my chicken won’t eat!

Can you post some good photos of their eyes?

Grains, applesauce and all the rest make fine treats, but it would be good if you can slowly start limiting those and get her eating more of her normal feed.

I'm glad that she is improving and eating!

Me too!! She started eating her grain suddenly, so I’m assuming she got energy from all the goodies and then started eating normal food.

She's very cute!
What does she do that makes you think she can't see well?
Where are you keeping them, do they have plenty of light?

Thanks! I feel like she can’t see too well because if I hold a piece of food or something in front of her, it’s almost like she has trouble perceiving the depth. She will look at it, and her beak will touch it and she won’t realize that she’s that close to the object. I keep them in a pretty bright room of the house, and the only reason they’re even in the house is because they were very sick with the coccidiosis and I didn’t want to have the added stress of the cold. I am waiting for the vet to get back to me with test results of their poop (to make sure the coccidiosis is all gone). Once that’s all set, I’ll have to wait for a warm-ish day so they aren’t shocked from going from warmth to freezing cold.

I see. Sounds like she can't see too well. Hopefully she will adapt, but you will need to watch that she eats/drinks. Placing the food/water in the same place everytime will be helpful as she becomes familiar with her surroundings.

Winter can be a hard time to transition birds outdoors. I wish you luck with that:)

Thank you for mentioning that ChickenCanoe. I was about to mention the same thing. She appears way too young to be on layer feed to me as well. That could be a great deal of the problem. She's needing a lot more nutrition, and not getting it. Regardless, a grower feed, crumbles would better serve her for now.

When the time comes to transition back outdoors, I would look into using a huddle box with a flat panel radiant heater or a momma heating pad (there’s a really great thread on here about it!), almost like you were brooding them outdoors. Best wishes!
