we want to visit them as much as possible at their new home but it’ll probably end up being once or twice a month

we are able to keep the cats now! sadly the ducks still need to go to their new home has anyone ever rehomed their ducks before and how did u do it? i already know i’m gonna cry so much the day they leave

I’ve never rehomed any, my house is where they end up. They’ll be ok if they’re together. Make sure they’ll have a secure night situation like Miss Lydia mentioned. I’d put them in a cage or large box together if possible. Be aware they may try to escape the car, so no stops while traveling If possible. Leave any extra food or toys with them as a courtesy, and so they’ll know what to feed them. It’ll be sad, but you’ll be ok. Take some pictures too.
