I’m the only one like me!

Speckled girl is the only one of her kind from a mixed rare chick order last fall.
She has a pea comb, no feathers on her legs or feet, all her teeth are missing, she has dark gray legs, and is VERY vocal.
Any ideas?

She is not quite a year old. She came with 9 others listed as rare breeds from a hatchery.
