I have light brown eggs (a few are almost white) and I can't even see an air cell. I've heard that dark ones are hard to candle but I've not heard of this. I have darker non-fertile eggs in the fridge and I can see those air cells easily. I do see lighter bubbly spots but only on a couple, and those are the darker ones. Are they just not good?

My showgirl eggs won't be here until tuesday

. The lady mailed the Thursday morning and the PO said that they are closed Minday fir MLK JR. I hope they will be OK. She said the oldest egg was laid 01-10-11. I bought 9 eggs but since she didn't get them mailed Wednesday like she intended, she included the ones that were laid on Thursday too (which was very nice).
