Well, I have decided not to buy any more shipped Call eggs.
I know ducklover1 knows, but all of my Call ducklings died less than 24 hours after they hatched.
Soooo...I'll just hatch EVERY egg my own Calls lay.
Congrats to all of you that are buying and hatching right now. That's awesome and I'll get my duckling/chick fix through all of you.
Oh, and my DH felt so bad for me losing my ducklings that he is buying me a used redwood incubator. He's a good guy.

I'm going to be very honest with you, ducklover1-I think I might have some concerns about buying crested breeds from a hatchery.
I'm sure a lot of people have had really good luck with them, but it might be best to get some from a breeder if you really want them.
Poor little things can be prone to neuro problems.
They are adorable, though.

I'm sure a lot of people have had really good luck with them, but it might be best to get some from a breeder if you really want them.
