I always think the best of people, and I'm not often disappointed

No response again today....just sent another email.

I added some of my EE's eggs in with the Orps...no use in wasting empty space in the 'bator!

I love that the positive continues to be reverted to in this conversation. Too often we find ourselves drumming up purposeful negativity. It is easy to be upset and assume the worst. :o) I am one of those people who assumes everyone is lying. They weren't in the flood zone, but close enough to use it as an excuse... No one died, it's just a good old standby. LOL. I applaud all of you believers. I nearly always assume I am going to get the shaft when it comes to an online deal - but I do it anyway and trust that I will be proven wrong. Thankfully, I am usually wrong.

Just thought I would share that!

My husband's like that, vintage. We're a good balance for eachother.

Big hug! The world has room for all of us! Thanks for the nice post!

PS I'm still hoping she'll ship me the eggs!

My husband is one of those who saves favors from people until they expire and are replaced by new ones.
However, he is equally as cautious as I am - if not more so. A moment of hesitation and he believes it is a sign from some greater entity that it isn't meant to happen. lol. We are a constant bundle of nerves here. As luck has it - he is quiet, reserved and shy and internalizes everything. ME - THE OPPOSITE. sooooo if nothing else - we fight well. lol

I do honestly believe that most people are good. I just also believe that we must not be naive to the reality of there being a percentage of naughties out there among us.

We are trained to focus on the negative, so that we learn from our mistakes. (wish we could do the same thing with out government?!)

I won't/don't trust most people and what is happening right now to my family is proof of that. It is so wrong in every way. My husband use to be too trusting but I think he is slowly coming over to the darkside.

stay positive gator!

but stand your ground. IMHO, just cause they are eggs and they post a disclaimer doesn't mean service ends if/when they leave the door.

asking for communication after paying money seems like it shouldn't hurt, either.

go gators.

I keep trying....no reply to my email from yesterday (or the ones from the last 6 days)...I'll send another one today, and file a claim tomorrow with PayPal.

I'd still rather have the eggs.
