I am a Roo, but what breed?

My young roo (9 weeks), started out white just like my meatbirds, but he now has a blond head, and red tipped feathers. He is NOT a meatbird, much smaller than they are. What is he? Is he a breed who will be nice to me and my girls? Or should I eat him?

I was hoping for an Amber Star. I've read that they have a sweet personality. My other Roo is a young Blue Jersey Giant. I will have to decide which to keep when they start crowing.

I just had to rehome my RSL roo that looked just like yours. He was the sweetest of my flock but crowing is a no-no where I live.
