Last night, when i herded the Duckies to bed, i noticed that some were limping and they all looked exhausted and worn out, so this morning i decided to close all gates before letting them loose, so they won't make any field-trips to toad-village today.
Just a moment ago, they were all sitting in the grass, dozing and i decided to make a quick head-count:
1,2,3,4,5,…,24,25,26, ??? - WTD!? - Again: 1,2,3,4,5,…,24,25,26, !!! - Oh no! Two ducks missing!
On closer inspection the two Maggie Ducks have disappeared, the Black-Swedish girls with entirely black bills. They were both limping again recently and now they're gone! I am so terrible negligeant!

I got swamped with work, during the last two weeks, so the only things i could do were, letting them out in the morning, collecting the eggs and herding them back inside, late in the evening. I have no clue what has happened or where it happened, but for now the duckies will stay around the house.
They're p*ssed and want out! And now with just 2¼ duck per drake its pandemonium here! Already had to save poor Limpy five times today from the other drakes, his head is almost bald… Every 15 Minutes another duck is quacking for help and i don't know what to do. - Give them all away to a safer place? - Swallow my pain and buy more ducks? Where can you buy mature ducks?
There's no way i can separate the drakes and the ducks, i just have one duck-house. The vacation house isn't predator safe and much too small for 8 full grown drakes, ok 7 if i leave Limpy with the girls, still won't work.
I don't know what to do anymore!
