I AM FINALLY DONE WITH MY BREEDING FLOCK (S)!!! WOW WHAT DID I DO!!!

we had them a while back but got some from a bad breeder......If I could offer any advise to anyone starting any flock, keeping a rodent or what have you check out who you are buying from. I am becoming NPIP certified in about a month but had to get my breeders together first for the test. After the test I think you can only buy from someone else that is NPIP. we no longer have them!!! They became quite mean and decided to run across the street onto my neighbors property and chase them. My neighbors seem to be good people and dont need any problems so I found them a good home with a pond ect...Never again will I have geese...well until my wife finds another pair atleast haha.

You don't have enough roosters, keep at least 2 back-ups for each variety. Trust me I know from experience.
I'll bet you have a heck of a feed bill !

Of all the breeds of chickens which do you like the best as far as temperment, egg laying and so on?
