I am getting a duckling at the end of the month. I don't know what breed to get. Can you please send pictures of your ducks? (Please say what breed the duck is)

Are you just getting one duckling? Ducks don't like to be alone, so that's why I ask. Even if it's going to be a house duck, it needs a companion other than you as you probably can't be there all the time.
As for the breed, it kind of depends on what you are looking for in a duck... let us know and we can give you some good options.

These are my khaki campbells at 3 weeks old. Not the prettiest ducks or the most friendly but they're hearty, good layers, and hilarious to watch.

You should really base your option on more than what a duck looks like. Each breed has different temperments and other abilities. Ducks can live up to 15 years so you want to find a breed that is going to be good for you in the long run.

People always say pekins are the best ducks to start off with . They can't fly and they are the sweetest thing I don't have my ducklings yet I'm ordering them this week and a Pekin will be one of the breeds ! I am also getting a Cayuga , a 300 hybrid layer , Ancona, Indian runner and I'm also getting a gosling ! Good luck ! Google pictures of them they are adorable !
