I am making Apple Date Nut Bread!!!!

I could not stand the pressure any more! I bought DH a new Kitchenaid Stand Mixer and after two weeks of keeping my mitts off of it, I could take it no longer!

I confess I am weak and have coveted mt hubby's mixer......

So, with spatula and recipe book in hand, I set out to bake!
Will let you know how it turns out in about a hour and 15 minutes

You better hope he has not secretly hidden an odometer on that thing some where, otherwise you will be in trouble when he checks and finds out you are using it

The bread turned out great by the way

I have been down with the creeping crud for two days so it took me a while to post an update!
I have got to hide the evidence of my unauthorized useage now

Where am I gonna stach 2 loaves od bread without him finding them? LOL
