I bought these two at a Family Farm & Home and the sign said they were New Hampshire Red??

Ok, I am amazed! Last night I gave Sparrow (black chick) the yolk and today she is so much better almost back to what she was! She is trying to roost with Honey (who is a very adventurous little girl) but can't quite make it!

Thank you so very much!

I'm just wondering can I give them a yolk everyday or how often?...twice a day...every other day...???

Good to hear your baby is back on track! You can give them yolk at least once a day, but think of it as snack food, not a meal. Your babies need grower chick feed to get all the vitamins and nutrients they need to grow like weeds.

Yolk is just intended to get babies through the first 48 hours of their lives, and shouldn't be fed to your birds as their main meals.

Good luck, and I hope they continue to thrive!

Yes, I just sprinkled the yolk on top of their starter feed. I added the Apple Cider Vinegar and I have yet to give the yogurt will try that later when the kids go to bed.
Thank you again this has been so very helpful!
