Great find! I found one similar to that a few months ago, fixed it up a litte and am going to start using it for my baby chicks when they get a little older.
I think it's great! The playhouse DH and I are restoring for a coop is in worse shape than this one.
If you don't mind the advice, here is my plan to restore it.
First, we're going to build the floor and corners. Our roof is in good shape, so we'll take THAT apart in two pieces and cover until we're ready for it. Your coop has good windows for the necessary air flow. So does mine. We're going to take apart and measure every wall for my wall blueprints. (You see, all four walls are different.) Then, we're going to examine the condition of the wood, and replace all necessary support pieces.
Then, we'll proceed with insulating and finishing. I particularly like the lightweight foam insulation. It's easy to cut to fit.
