I broke my broody after three days, but still not laying. How long?

How long do you think it will be before she lays for me again. Her comb and wattle is a beautiful red, but no eggs. I am just curious. It has been about a week since she gave up. I wished I could have put her to good use.

In my limited experience, a few days to a month. Here's hoping the bright red means soon.
