I built a dust bath that fits wynola ranch quail cage

The door size was the problem but the quail don't mind. They love when I put the dust box in.

I used some old facsia metal and a couple pine boards. The idea was to have the metal roll over the sides to the top to help keep the dirt in instead of all being kicked out. They kick a little bit out but not like before.

Looks great, I had been using a take out container but they toss the sand out of it pretty quickly.

Exactly. I was doing the same.

I don't leave it in all day. I put it in for a hour or so every couple days. If I leave it in too long they lay in it and the others kick the eggs around.

What Wynola cage are you using? It kind of looks like you have wood racking.

I swapped out the rack that came with them for a 2x4 frame. I have shelving underneath the poo trays and the cages are side by side.
