I've been looking at it and it does look like a pullet. Are you sure on the age?

Those look like pointed feathers around th tail, could we get a close up of the tail area? It might help. Pointed feathers in the saddle is a cockerel trait, though I'm not absolutely sure if this holds true for naked necks, I've never owned or even seen one, and don't know much about them. I'm not even sure if those saddle feathers are pointed, in the first picture from directly behind they appear rounded.

Also do you think her being a little bold on her neck and between her wings is normal? Just changing feathers? I worry too much because is my first time caring for chicks by myself. Only this one is missing feathers

Between 10 and 14 weeks

They all look like pullets so far to me, but I think they are a lot younger than 10-14 weeks.

Looking at it harder they look more rounded, a pullet trait. Could you post a close up from directly behind, or if it's possible, separate one feather from the rest so we can easily tell whether it's pointed or round.

Pullet. The saddle feathers are more rounded than than pointed
