I'm not positive (or an expert), but it looks like a pullet to me. No comb or waddles, neck feathers look like they are getting filled in (Roos typically have very thin neck feathers). We have a few hens with high tail feathers like that; the Roos tails will usually start getting really long and flow high and out.13.5 week old EE pullet or Roo View attachment 1046588
Looks like a pullet13.5 week old EE smooth face
Both roosters.View attachment 1046591 View attachment 1046592 I posted before and asked for help sexing my new flock of 12; 3 Roos were correctly identified, and we got rid of them as they were crowing loudly by 8-10 weeks and we can't have roosters (due to noise). Two of the three were very alpha, protective, and kept everyone else in line. We believe we actually have two more Roos, one I am about 99% positive on (Swedish flower), the other we aren't sure but it has a large comb and waddles, thin neck feathers, and it has longer tail feathers than the other black copper maran we have. Neither of these two crow, the BCM "honks" sometimes, but is mostly quiet (see below for more details on him).
The Swedish is very skidish, got picked on a lot by the other Roos before they were ousted, and is now picked on by our adult hens, and is usually either silent or will make more hen like noises if he gets startled or he gets upset. I can't imagine he's a she, but I'm also not an expert by any stretch.
They are currently 4.5-5 months old.

A little precursor on the BCM; he's actually deformed, has a hunchback and his leg isn't straight. He's extremely friendly, let's you pick him up, eats out of your hand, doesn't run scared, in general he's just kind of a bit "special":

We are pretty sure the rest are pullets now.
I will!!. Thank You!!!!!!It might be a fast developing pullet... but the tail looks like a cockerel to me. I would wait a few weeks then post more pics.
The one on the bottem which is looking like an EE mix is defiantly a rooster His comb would be so red and big at his ageAll right, I have some in the flock who are definitely roosters and a couple who are definitely hens. And then I have these guys. Wide, flat combs but no "peas" or rows at all. No behavioural traits that make me say hen or roo. The other roosters have very defined combs already so I'm really not sure on these ones. View attachment 1035034 View attachment 1035035 View attachment 1035036
