Too young. Looks like she/he has cross beak. If she/he is having trouble eating, give them a wet feed mash in a deep container.
Yeah, I already feed her special. I'm just trying to know her gender since I can't keep her if she's a rooster

CockerelWhat do you think about this Wheaton Marans ?
7.5/8 weeks.
What are the possible parents for the chick you hatched? Did your neighbor say whether the other chicks are mixes or not?Happy Saturday, Friends! I have 3 birds that I would love your opinion on. They are between 5-6 weeks old. They are all "Barnyard Mixes" but it appears my white one is a combo of my brahma rooster and brahma hen (what are the chances?!), the other two came from a neighbor and she thought the darker one was a Barred rock and the grey one is a mystery! Would love your opinion on gender and breeds!View attachment 2169437View attachment 2169448View attachment 2169452View attachment 2169453View attachment 2169454View attachment 2169455

As for gender, the barred one is a cockerel and the white one is probably a cockerel too.
