I can't get my work in the office done!!

I'm right there with you. I expected that once I finished my coop and got used to my chickens that I would stop pouring through coop plans until 11:15 at night.

And yet here I am. Again. Hello, my name is TK421 and I am addicted to chickens.

Is it wrong to be paranoid that my company's IT department is going to call to tell me that perusing chicken info on the web is an inappropriate use of company resources?

Is it wrong not to care?

I keep looking at chick posts even though I know I can not get anymore. Every coop post makes me want to build a better coop for the girls.

This illness seems to be viral and perhaps is spread through the internet

Three weeks ago I was fine and then after a google search of the words "chicken coop" I became infected. To date this has cost me several hundred dollars and I have lost many hours looking a lot like this guy

BUT this virus has DH and I working like a team

and my chickens will be here in 3 weeks to live in an awesome coop with lots of help from BYC research! I wonder if I will ever be the same now that I have become infected by this virus??

I can relate. This is an obsession that is not going away. I thought it might slow down now my coop is nearly finished and the chickees are coming in this week. Once I have chickens to take care of will this internet chicken research obsession slow down??????

I think my co-worker might be getting tired of hearing about all the stories I've been reading - - -oh well, I guess! If I have to keep hearing her motorcycles stories, she's gonna keep hearing chicken stories !
