That may or may not be a boy, especially if it has not crowed yet. What is important, especially if your are going to need to rehome the bird, is to correctly identify the breed. That bird is NOT a BA. Blue Andalusian have a different body shape, a large single comb, obvious white earlobes and lovely long tails. Here is a link to a posting of a BA offered for sale a while back,
https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=230265 of a 13 wk BA cockerel. Sorry if I sound cranky, but I mentioned that this bird looked like a Jersey Giant when you post asking about gender a couple weeks ago. I could be wrong about it being a JG, but it is not a BA, your chicken has red earlobes.
http://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/CGD/BJG/BJGPul.JPEG that should be a link for picture of a JG pullet. Look at her, and then look at the Cockerels in the pictures. Don't assume you have a boy until s/he crows. The hens are not dainty and have long saddle feathers that are rounded, but not as long as roosters where they hang down the side.
Again I don't mean to offend but I hear your frustration about the error in gender. Hopefully this helps, at least a little. I have read in several post that owners had determined they had roos, that later laid eggs. Don't be in a hurry to dispose of the chicken - for what it is worth I am not convinced it is a boy, I would have to hear and see it crow before I rehome or harvest it.
You don't sound cranky and I am not offended!
Remember what I said about my knowledge of chicken sexing?! It's true! Anything I have learned has been in the last 3 months of owning my 5 little chickies.
My chicken is an Australorp - or perhaps a JG, but am clear that she must be one of the two breeds. I wish I could wait for her to crow or lay an egg. Unfortunately I can only keep 4 birds, none of which can be a rooster, I need to figure it out sooner rather than later. Plus, we are all getting awfully attached to these little buggers and it is getting increasingly difficult to face their grim future the longer we feed, care and love on them.
There is just nothing very clear to me about this darn ol chicken. And I am frustrated that there is not a clear and simple way to make this determination.
So...for an Australorp/Jersery Giant of about 14-16 weeks there is nobody who has an inkling that we could still be talking pullet here?
