All of my kids have been weirdly disturbed by the illustrations in Dr. Seuss books, so I've escaped that nightmare of monotony.

This is a funny thread. It's weird, because I just heard that Sam-I-Am story this morning....

And now the dumb thing is stuck in my head.

I never read many stories to my younguns. I just took old stories and mangled them

They loved it. They'd say DADDY!, that's not how it goes!

There was this family of bears that got in a big fight cause Momma bear couldn't cook good. First her pies were too bitter, then they were too sweet, then she dropped the third one and the dog ate it. So they went to Wally World to buy one already cooked and while they were gone this little criminal named Goldey Lockpicker broke into the house and ate up all the oatmeal, broke the baby's crib, messed up all the beds....
