You pressed the + and - at the same time and it didn't turn?

Turn them by hand 3-5 times a day. I would also rotate them around in the incubator as there are hot and cold spots, or at least in mine.

You also made sure that the days to hatch were reset to 21, correct? Also, disconnect and reconnect the turner plug just to make sure it isn't loose.

Cord could be bad too. I had a turner stop working, but the incubator was still working. I ended up buying a new cord and it worked again.
