I dont know what is wrong, sick/weak pullet

I went to my local store, all they had was safeguard for goats. I won't be able to go out of town again until Sat or Sunday. Do you think the safeguard will be ok? I'm thinking I may have to order that other stuff, and it likely wouldn't be here until next week. At this point I don't think she has the time to wait until next week.
I mean it could work - I haven't treated for tapeworm myself so I can only go by what other folks have reported.

You'll likely need to do a 5 day cycle and then another dose at 10 days in case it's roundworm.

Also, should I stop the Corid treatment when I deworm? Today is the last day for the 6 week old chicks. So wondering if I should stop the treatment for the older chickens while I deworm?
Not... sure on that. I've never treated for both at the same time so not sure if there's any issue with using both a wormer and Corid - probably not is my guess. But given that I don't know for sure, if you are fairly certain that it's not coccidiosis in the older bird then you can probably discontinue that for the older group (finish with the younger ones) in favor of worming.

You didn't happen to get photos of it, did you?
No, I literally am the worst. I had literally just got home and was hot and sweating, my husband said my chicken was looking worse and I dropped everything and ran to check on her, seen the yellow stuff, tried to clean her up, had the worm in my hand and threw it in the trash and my husband carried the trash out before I remembered to take a pic. I will be going to check on her again in just a few minutes and will inspect her again and see if I can find another one.

Ok, so 5 day dose then again at 10 days. The dose at 10 days, is it 10 days from today or 10 days after the 5 days is over? Also at the 10 day dose is it just that day or another 5 day course?

I forgot to add that I am pretty certain that it's not coccidiosis in the older chicks. I started the older chicks on Corid water 2.5 days ago and there has been no improvement in my sick chicken, she's actually gotten worse in my opinion.

So it'd be 5 days straight, then wait 10 days, then a single dose. I'm sorta mixing it up here because I don't know if it's roundworm or tapeworm, so trying to cover both bases.

In case you don't have dosage, it's 0.23 ml/lb of bird.

Recommended withdrawal time on eggs is 2 weeks.

Yea, I knew about the withdrawal time, do you know if during that time, would it be safe to feed their eggs back to them? If not I'll just toss them, but if they can eat them then I'm sure they would love that.

Before they went to roost I weighed them and gave them their first dose, I had read that it's 1/4 ml/lb. I wanted her started on it asap, so I'm hoping she will start showing signs of improvement soon.

19 week old red sex link who is sick/weak like.

Monday she was acting the same and was trying to separate herself from the rest of the flock, she was also sluggish/moving slower then normal. Tuesday morning I started treating with Corid. This morning she had got on the nest and after almost 2 hours she finally got off and when I went and checked for an egg, there was no egg but beside the nest box was a very light yellow substance (it looked as if it was the contents of an egg all mixed, kind of like a raw scrambled egg). Since then she has gotten worse and is acting weak, either standing or laying in 1 place.

But I am pretty sure I figured it out. She has worms. Whenever I got back from buying calcium citrate, I immediately went to check on her, noticed she had yellow poop on her back end, I was trying to clean it off and found a flat white worm, it was probably about an inch long or so
Please get photos of the worms?
It sounds like these are Maggots instead of Roundworms.
Wash this girl up really well, see if there's maggots infesting a wound hidden around the vent or just infesting the yellow poopy butt.
If there's Maggots, then you need to get those off asap with repeated soakings in warm soapy water, pick them off with tweezers if necessary.

This time of year, warm weather and poopy butts - you can end up with Flystrike (Maggots) in a hurry, they can do a lot of damage and make a bird very sick or they can die.

Get the Calcium into her. If you can't find Calcium Citrate+D3, hopefully you can find some TUMS at a store. Give her 1 TUMS daily for a week.

You found what looks like egg in the nesting box. She may have soft shelled membrane that she's trying to expel or another egg on the way. EXTRA Calcium is given in a crisis to help the pullet or hen expel egg and egg material. Calcium with not interfere with the Corid. You can deworm at the same time as well, but make sure you are not dealing with Maggots! Safeguard will not treat them!

I would also consider giving her an antibiotic is she's not responding well and has yellow poop. Amoxicillin is a good choice. You can order it online. https://jedds.com/products/amoxicillin-10-powder?_pos=1&_sid=bf6f88dcf&_ss=r

Safeguard Liquid Goat dewormer is commonly use to treat most worms (internal parasites) that poultry can have. (NOT Maggots).
Dosage of Safeguard Liquid Goat dewormer is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once daily for 5 days in a row. NO Repeat.
