I don't know who to talk to or where to put this,It's just a bad week.

My step father was a long time smoker and he managed to quit. Hasn't had a cigarette since and it has been years and years. He went to an expensive program sponsored by IBM, but the gist of it was this. The first week he smoked like always but he wrote down every cigarette, the time, and how important that cigarette was to him on a scale of one to ten, with one being the least important and ten being the most. The next week he cut out one of the least important cigarettes, like the one he smoked as soon as he got up. The next week he cut out the next least important cigarette, and so on. It worked for him.
