Here in Maine we got well over a foot of snow.

I guess it's to be expected though.

I'm ready for spring.
To top if off my son was up by 5 this morning puking. Poor kid.
Times like this though I am thankful to be a stay at home mom.

Sorry to hear that your son is sick - poor thing.

We are getting blasted right now with the worst storm in a decade.
It's quite nasty, At least work is closed

But there is a 6 foot X 4 foot snow drift over the chicken door - I don't know how they will be able to get out to their run now.
At least the people door is still accessible.

Looks like I may have to scale the chicken yard fence and shovel their little door open.

I feel your pain... My daughter was up coughing all night. The cough is just lingering. And as far as snow... we just finally defrosted here in CT. Very cold and icy in sopts, but if it snows again, I will just

Poor dh is out shoveling all by himself. I always help him but I don't dare to leave ds. I bet the chickens don't come out side today.

Tahiti sounds great right now. My bil is getting back from Florida late tonight. I bet he will be happy to come home to over a foot of snow.

I thought I smelled spring in the air last week. Maybe I was dreaming again?

You guys are really getting it this year....we only had a 3 incher then it melted away. I'd rather be getting the snow now and over with, then in March or April.

Hope your son feels better soon. Poor kid. Puking is NO FUN.
