Sorry about the rabbit.

I've lost several small ones too...it's sad, but it's usually for the best.

If it makes you feel better...I drop kits ALL THE TIME. I haven't lost one yet.

They have bounced right off lower cages and across the room. they must be built like the birds that find their way into my house and can slam into ceilings for an hour and than fly away.

Eeewwwwww they need fur!!!!! As soon as they have fur could you post pics I adore rabbits and bunnies are too cute. I wouldn't worry about dropping him or naming them too early, i named all my chicks when they were born, if they died it was upsetting but it was nice to name them so they aren't jut a figure! (no offense to those who don't name straight away we are all different!)

I have had them jump out of my hands, and I have had to put them down after they injured themselves. It happens. Its an accident, and sometimes they just get away from you. It wouldn't have been your fault if the bunny died. Glad the little guy is ok.

I've dropped a newborn baby kitten on accident.I was in the barn but he grew up to be the most friendly barn cat i have.
