I feel dumb for asking but I've never raised an orp from chick to pol

One of our buff orp ladies laid an enormous double yolker and then back to business as usual. She's fine but I was wondering if it's a breed thing. My Brahma hen did a few as a pullet but they weren't nearly as massive. Should I expect more or will it likely be a one time deal?? I keep thinking how much pain it must have been to lay and I'm hoping it doesn't happen again. Poor girl. Henhouse Reserve, dried mealworms for diet. I'm allergic to oysters and so is my mother so we try our best with calcium.

Is she a pullet? Pullets starting to lay tend to lay abnormal eggs at the start.

Yes. I've just never seen one that massive. When my Brahma did it she was a pullet as well but the egg was normal size.
