I believe that is a Holland Delft Blue. Very beautiful but shame on you for not isolating your new bird!!

Blue Porcelain hen, not quite sure of the breed... something with incredibly smooth feathers

She hasn't laid yet, but I am guessing from the lack of sinographic markings, she is not Chinese.

This is a Dutch breed then
