i finally got one!

my DH added a townhouse mailbox to the chicken coop this w'end. (i had seen someone else put one up)

i was thinking about the post about locking yourself out of the house & cars....solution...
put extra keys in magnet boxes behind/in a mailbox on the coop! that way if i have a pet sitter and there is an emergency or family comes over and needs in...voila.

also, today i am starting the official newspaper for our little 'farm'. articles including egg production, birth/death notices (real life for my kids), funny articles, advice column etc.

any ideas??? was going to do puzzles and math too...

will post when have one completed.

p.s. hen on nest when i went out to feed and water this a.m. GO BESS, push out the gold!!!
