You will notice RAPID growth of their wings first - within the first week they are trying to fly (popcorn stage). Within 2 weeks you'll think you have nearly full grown birds, but wait, because their coloring will continue to change until 5-6 weeks. At that time you'll start to see the white "bib" or "necklace" on the males, and you'll hear them start to crow. It's not like a chicken, but cute... they stand on their tippy-toes and it almost sounds like someone laughing while whistling.

I love the crow to me it sounds like a hawk calling far off in the distance adorable !
