He is about 1 1/2 year old.

I need to get a few things done with him.

I don't know what he has had for vaccines, wormer etc. What would he need? His hooves are pretty long...how often should they usually be trimmed?

    Salt block?

Does anyone know what is on the back of his neck? I was thinking mange? Fleas? His collar is probably not helping but its staying on for now.

You should consult the vet on vaccines for your area since this varies. Trimming varies a lot as well depending on individual, amount of land/size of pen, type of terrain, etc... A goat on rock is not the same as midwest topsoil covered in thick midwest grass and a goat kept in a small pen is not the same as our 42acre pasture system. Trimming is not too complicated with goats so if his feet look long or aren't touching the ground flat then go ahead and trim http://fiascofarm.com/goats/hoof-trim-rf.htm . The neck thing looks like a skin infection made worse by the collar rubbing. On horses I like tea tree oil for such problems. You can get it in a spray for livestock that lasts for ever and creates results within days. I forget the name but there are recipes online to make your own if you can find tea tree oil. Haven't dealt with such problems on goats yet though.

I don't know much about goats, but a good worming may be helpful. I'd have him vet checked.
