This may be a stupid question but can you eat Turkey eggs and are they any good? I only have chickens and ducks, this is my first turkey and it's for Thanksgiving.
We scrambled our first turkey egg because we wanted to first see if it was fertilized (it was!). It tasted like egg whites! I heard somewhere that they're good for baking... probably because they're lighter? My hubby ate it, I just tasted a little. It was even lighter in color.
I made an angelfood cake with some of ours. Although I'll say the duck eggs do the best, turkey eggs were still fluffier than the chicken eggs as far as fluffing up that cake
