I GOT MY SEBASTAPOL EGGS - PIC'S!!!!!!

So, I keep resting and misting until they pip or until they hatch!? I am a nervous wreck!!! But a happy one - I really thought they were duds!!!! I know one has movement and they all look alike so hopefully they will all hatch.

Um...I'm not sure if you mist them on the last three or four days, or not??

This is my first Sebbie hatch, as well--mine are due on Saturday. I have one that's a dud and the rest, I'm not sure about....so we'll see.

I would just make sure your humidity is up around 85% and don't touch them! I've had pretty good results with the Muscovy eggs doing it that way...

Good luck!

Thanks, equibling, I guess we just wait and chew our nails off, and drink gallons of coffee, and wear a path in the carpet to the bator and back......sigh!!!! I have jacked the humidity up to 86% - and I am waiting.......she said no touching, right? sigh!

Today is day 26 - they are resting in the LG foam incubator at 98-99 degree's - 87% humidity - I was told they would start piping on the 28th day - don't know if anyone told the egg's that or not!!!!

I am waiting here with you. When you mist them can you run a flash light over them and see if you see the gosling is moving? I never picked my eggs up. Just a flashlight to see if they were moving in there.

I am waiting her with you all too. I have one toulouse egg in the bator on day 24. I think I will stop turning this Sunday, day 27. When do you stop turning? The day when I take stop turning I dip the egg in warm water for about 30 seconds, instead of misting, then I pump up the humidity and wait.
